A family's health, in one hand.
A hospital visit generates paper — a prescription, a bill, a report, a card, a date to come back. The app is where all of it lands for everyone in a household, from every DivyaJivan hospital any of them has been to, without anybody having to keep the folder.

One membership number. A card number each.
A household is a head of family plus up to six more people — any relationship; the system fixes no roles beyond that first one. The household holds one membership number. Every person on it holds their own card number, so a report, a bill or a vaccination is filed against a person and never against "the family".

Seven is the cap, and the server is what enforces it — not the app.
The head of the family chooses whether members can see one another’s records, or only their own.
Nobody keeps the app up to date.
It is not a second system somebody copies things into at the end of the day. It is the record the hospital is already working in, seen from the family’s side — so a thing is there because it happened, not because someone remembered to publish it.
A slot is booked
In the app, or by the front desk with the patient standing there. Either way it is the same appointment, in the same diary.
The visit happens
The doctor writes the note once, in the consulting room, against the record the family already holds.
The note is signed
Signing locks it. Anything printed afterwards — the prescription, the requisition, the bill — is made from that note rather than typed again.
It lands
The prescription, the bill, and any result a clinician has released appear under the right family member, tagged with the hospital that issued them.
The return date is kept
A follow-up set at the visit becomes three reminders on the phone — three days before, the day before, and that morning.
Family
One membership number for the household, and a card number for each person on it.
Book, upload and read for any member without signing out and back in as somebody else. A child, a parent and a spouse are three records under one login, not one record with three names on it.
Booking
Pick the hospital, then the doctor, then a real open slot from their own calendar.
The slots come from that doctor’s own availability, so a booked time is a time they are actually there. If the clinic needs to move it, the new time is proposed to you and you accept or decline — it is not moved behind your back.
Records
Bills, lab results, scans, prescriptions and vaccinations from every hospital they've used.
Every item is labelled with the hospital that issued it. A result appears once a clinician has released it, not the moment a machine printed it, and a prescription carries the name and council registration of the doctor who wrote it.
Uploads
Photograph an old report and file it against the right family member, under one of nine types.
The years of paper that came before the platform go in the same place as everything after it. Filed against a person and a type, and open again from any device the account signs in on.
Your history stops restarting at every front desk.
Messages
Ask the doctor who actually saw you. A doctor with no visit cannot be messaged at all.
The visit is what opens the conversation — there is no directory to write into and no call centre in the middle. It is written and answered when the clinic is free, not a queue with hold music.
Reminders
A return visit is remembered three days ahead, the day before, and that morning.
The three reminders are scheduled on the phone itself, so they arrive whether or not anything is running on a server that morning. A follow-up missed because nobody remembered it is the commonest way care stops.
Consent
Terms, privacy and health-data consent are three separate decisions, recorded separately.
Each one is stored against the version of the document that was on the screen when it was agreed. Marketing is a fourth, optional, and never pre-ticked. Republish a document at a new version and everybody is asked again.
Every report has a place to go.
A report is filed against a person and a kind — at upload, by whoever uploads it, never guessed afterwards. The kind is how a scan from four years ago is found again in ten seconds instead of by scrolling.
